The Community and Economic Development Department serves as the point of contact for development related issues including long range city planning, zoning, subdivision planning, building permits and sign permits, mobile home parks, and code enforcement activities.

 

The department includes the Community and Economic Development Director, Building Official, Building Inspector, Community Development Manager, Building Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor and a Custodian.

The Community and Economic Development Office is located on the first floor of City Hall and can be reached at (605) 668-5251.
