Music at the Meridian
Come chill out on Thursday nights at The Lawn with live music, art, food, beverages and a breathtaking view of the Mighty Mo'. Music at the Meridian features a local opener and then a headliner music group from all over the country, continent and globe! Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets for seating.

4th of July Fireworks
Celebrate Independence Day with a spectacular fireworks show. Come to The Lawn for a front row view of Yankton's 4th of July Firework Show displayed off the Meridian Bridge.
Fireworks will also be visible from Riverside Park.

5th of July Concert & Drone Show
Join us during our "Centennial Weekend" for a fun evening in Riverside Park as Nashville Recording Artist Logan Mize takes the stage for a free community concert. Following the show, the City of Yankton is proud to host the 1st City sponsored Drone Show in South Dakota! This event will feature food, kids' activities, and drinks. This event is made possible by our premier sponsor First Dakota National Bank.

Holiday Festival of Lights
Join us as we usher in the holiday season when thousands of lights will illuminate the Meridian District with the annual Parade of Lights. Afterwards, head to the Meridian Bridge Plaza for the official tree lighting of Yankton's Christmas Tree, live carolers, hot chocolate and fireworks!

“Family Night” at The Huether Family Aquatics Center
Join us EVERY Wednesday evening from June 12th through August 14th for Family Night fun at The Huether Family Aquatics Center. Enjoy our special discounted family night rates of $4 for non members from 5-7:30pm every family night. Have fun in the pool while your family participates in the many family night entertainment options. Music, dancing, games, prizes, contests, and more! Mark your calendars for Wednesday evenings this summer, and come join us for some “SPLASHTACULAR” fun!
