21st Street Reconstruction from West City Limits Road to Summit Street Street & Utility Reconstruction

On April 15th, the reconstruction of 21st Street, from West City Limits Road to Summit Street, will begin.  The project will be phased to maximize north-south access on Kellen Gross Drive. The scope of the work includes, street replacement and water main installation.  The traffic control will be set to provide for local traffic, but there will be no through traffic allowed where construction is ongoing.   Travelers should find an alternate route to avoid traffic congestion.  The completion date for the project is July 26, 2024.
